All non-personalized orders will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Personalized orders will ship within 7 business days. All orders shipped using loolabelle’s standard shipping will ship via UPS, Federal Express, or United States Postal Service ground shipping and should arrive within 7-10 business days.

loolabelle offers Express Shipping through UPS for an additional fee. Express Shipping will ship UPS 2nd Day Air the day after your order is placed

Returns

If any non-personalized product you order or receive as a gift from loolabelle does not meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back unused within 15 days of the date delivered. We will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price. For products returned after 15 days we will gladly issue store credit for the full value of the returned item. Items showing any visible signs of use cannot be returned. loolabelle does not accept returns on embroidered items.
